Toronto BIA Index

A Business Improvement Area (BIA) is an association of commercial property owners and tenants within a defined area who work in partnership with the City to create thriving, competitive, and safe business areas that attract shoppers, tourists, and new businesses.

Bloor by the Park BIA

Nestled along Bloor Street West just east of picturesque High Park between Keele and Roncesvalles, Bloor by the Park most closely mirrors Toronto's diverse mix of cultures.

Bloor West Village BIA

The BIA is largely made up of retail shops and restaurants, including bakeries, delicatessens, tea rooms and coffee shops. The BIA organizes the Bloor West Street Fest and is home to the annual Ukrainian Festival featuring food and performances by dancers and musicians.

Parkdale Village BIA

The Village of Parkdale, on the western edge of Toronto on the shores of Lake Ontario, was incorporated in 1879 and became the Town of Parkdale in 1886.

Roncesvalles Village BIA

You'll experience an enduring Old World charm and atmosphere in Roncesvalles Village, with a decidedly Polish accent.

Baby Point Gates BIA

Established in 2010, the BIA includes restaurants and cafes, retail shops, professional service providers, and health and wellness practitioners.  The BIA organizes the annual Charity Strawberry Festival in support of SickKids.

Junction BIA

Established in 1973, The Junction is located in historic west Toronto and offers a unique mix of small town hospitality and big city edge.
