The Parkdale Accessible Community Bus provides fully accessible service along a designated route in the Bloor/Lansdowne/Queen area.  There's plenty of room for customers using wheelchairs, scooters, strollers, bundle buggies and people using crutches or canes. 

This service is provided at the cost of one TTC ticket/token/metropass; transfers accepted.

Provides a range of health services including appointments for routine medical care, diagnosis and treatment of chronic illnesses, counselling, case management, health promotion group activities on topics related to parenting, diabetes, smoking cessation, and addictions, etc., foot care, wound care, home visits for housebound seniors with disabilities, and much more. Outreach programs include counselling, community kitchen, social recreational programs, etc.

No Ontario Health Insurance required.

The After Hours Clinic is a group of well-established family physicians from the community. The Department of Family Medicine at SJHC has opened an after hours clinic to serve the needs of the community and to provide you with medical care during the hours that your regular doctor is not available.

The clinic is open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays,
and from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

My School is a co-operative nursery school that has been operating in the Roncesvalles area of Toronto since 1982. The Parkdale FOCUS Community builds on existing health promotion, prevention, and early intervention programs with the support of many community players in order to reduce alcohol and other drug misuse in this part of Toronto.

It aims to empower its residents and ensure community participation in youth programs; Drug Awareness Week;outreach to high-risk groups; and educational workshops.

Loyola Arrupe is a seniors complex located in west-end Toronto. It houses two residences for seniors (Loyola Arrupe Phase I & II) as well as the Loyola Arrupe Centre for Seniors, which has many programs for people aged 55 years and older. It is a warm and welcoming place, and actively encourages community participation.

Housing Connections is the point of access to apply for rent-geared-to-income housing in Toronto. We determine eligibility and maintain a centralized waiting list for all rent-geared-to-income housing in the city.

Housing Connections also manages the Rent Supplement Program.
